Manuel began his career in 1986 with a respected Bay Area firm, developing a deep understanding of structural integrity, field leadership, and disciplined execution before establishing his own company.

As a Master Builder, Manuel leads the company with a focus on precision, accountability, and long-term craftsmanship.

Today, Hernandez Construction specializes in custom homes, whole-home renovations, and architecturally driven additions throughout the Bay Area.
